Today is my last full day with Collin:( I get sad just thinking about it! I have in-service days Wed and Thursday, but at least Daddy took vacation and will be with Collin. Then on Friday we head up North for our first time away from home for a couple nights with Collin. I think that he will be just fine. He loves the outdoors and there will be plenty of people up North that will want to hold and love him.
It has been a true blessing to be home with Collin these past 2 and a half months. I have truly loved getting to know Collin and all of his likes and dislikes. I know that it will be hard to leave him everday, but I know that he is being loved by his grandmas, who will be watching him. I look forward to when I get my maternity leave this winter. I am actually going to extend my Christmas vacation to spend another month with Collin. I will have off from Dec. 20 until Jan. 26. I am able to take up to 12 weeks of leave within this coming school year, so I am going to take advantage of that and take 4 weeks.

Seeing me in the morning
When he is rocked
And so much more....
Some of his Dislikes:
When he is hungry
When he has to burp
As you can see there are many more likes than dislikes. And that is because he is such a happy, content boy.

Going back to work is so hard. I wish you the best of luck, you will always miss him. I bet you are going to feel a little better though because he is with family. Have a great school year!
