UltraSound Appoitment

We had our ultrasound appointment today and the reason why I was so sick is because I passed a kidney stone. I finally started feeling better today, so I probably passed it last night sometime. I saw my doctor today and he tells me that passing a kidney stone is sometimes harder than even having birth!! So if I can get through this, then hopefully birth won't be soooo bad:) This sure has been a ordeal for me, so I am glad that it is soon coming to pass.

So Dave and I got to see our little one today and HE looks wonderful. It is amazing what technology can do. I mean we saw our baby on a screen!! He is a very healthy baby:) Yes, I said he (so Dave was right)!! The person doing our ultrasound is pretty sure that it is a he!! We couldn't be any prouder!! Were not sharing his name, so don't ask. We want that part to be a surprise for everyone. He has all of his body parts accounted for and is growing at a very good pace. He is right now 1 pound and 1 ounce.

Take a look at him.

Words can't express seeing our grandson for the first time. I said, WOW!!!!!! The details of this little one. I was wrong in the prediction, I said a girl. Thanks for all the prayers that were said for Angie and the baby. It was quit an ordeal this weekend. Love to the three of you. Now we can start buying clothing for our grandson. Nascar and blue. Congrats Angie & Dave. Angie I'm so glad everything is all right with you. You had us worried, but the power of prayer really works. Well so far I'm 1 for 2 in the guessing game of your baby's gender. Maybe I will be 2 for 2 when Sarah & Pat have Baby T.

What a cute little peanut! I knew you were going to have a boy! Glad to hear that things are on the up and up with your illness this past weekend. We missed you at the shower but it looks like I'll be able to come to yours in May. Hopefully I can bring a little guest! Take care of yourself, Mama! Love, Sarah
